I hear about Ethical Behavior in Business but I don't believe that the majority of Business Leaders today do not show Ethical Behavior; why do I say this, just watch the the Evening News or Read the News Paper. It seems that there is a lot of Companies that are getting their 15 min's of fame by the actions of their Leaders in what seems like a race to see who can make the most Money at any cost necessary. And there seems to be no Actions to punish those that have done wrong; just the opposite has taken place, these people are be rewarded by our Elected Officials. You don't believe Me, look at what is happening now in our Financial World.
We have large Organizational CEO's and Directors who where in trusted to ensure the the Companies that they oversee did right by Humanity as a Whole; but due to there own personnel agenda, they let sound Financial Principles go out the Window. And now the Governments of the World are bailing out the Companies; after the fact that they made a ton of Money using un-ethical behaviors, and now we have to pay more for their lawlessness. So who are the winners and the losers here? I would say the Middle Class Tax Payer that have played by the rules and done what is right. It almost makes you wonder if doing good is Bad?
So is Ethical Behavior in the Business World taken Place? Has our Government wandered from the Path of ensuring that We The People are it's main focus? Or has the Elected Officials them self falling into the Role of being Un-Ethical for the good of the own agenda and pocketbooks? This is what every one should be asking and demanding a answer from those we have given our trust to protect our freedoms, laws, and way of life.
